以保护油气层试验井———二连盆地阿 2 3井为例 ,论述了阿 2 3井保护油气层的做法 :研究油层的伤害机理、选择优质的钻井液钻开油层、选用低失水水泥浆进行固井、采用平衡压力射孔和通过测试对保护油层进行评价等。实践证明 ,油气层保护技术是提高勘探效益的重要途径 ;它是一项系统工程 ,必须组织多学科协同攻关 ;其全过程要严密组织、科学施工 ,各道工序连续作业 ;
Concrete measures of formation protection taken in test well—A 23 well in Erlian basin are discussed in detail. They include the study of formation damage mechanism, choosing high quality drilling fluid to drill in oil?bearing formations, choosing cement slurry with low water loss to cement well, using balanced pressure perforation and evaluating formation protection by testing etc. The practice of A 23 well proved that formation protection technology is an important way of improving exploration benefit. The technology is a system engineering that must be tackled in coordination in many subjects, the whole process of formation protection should be organized closely, operated scientifically and continuously for every working procedure. Shortening soak time of formation is an important condition for formation prevention.
