建立了后驴头为单圆弧、3圆弧的双驴头抽油机运动、动力分析方法和解析方程 ;分析了某厂生产的双驴头抽油机的运动、动力特性及双驴头抽油机的优缺点。得到后驴头为单圆弧的双驴头抽油机运动、动力性能优于常规游梁式抽油机 ;后驴头为 3圆弧的双驴头抽油机性能优于单圆弧的双驴头抽油机 ;后驴头为 3圆弧的双驴头抽油机其后驴头弧线长度设计必须合适 ;一段圆弧向另一段圆弧过渡时由于力臂的变化 。

In the paper, the method and equation are set up for double horse head pumping unit with single and three arc back horse head. The kinematics and dynamics analysis are given for the pumping unit.The results are obtain that the kinematics and dynamics characteristic for double horse head pumping unit with single arc back horse head is better than conventional pumping unit and the double horse head pumping unit with three arc back horse head is the best.The three arc for back horse head must be designed carefully. The force at flexible link is changeble when connecting point of flexible link with back horse head from one arc to the other.
