摘要
根据机构学的杆组理论 ,针对游梁式抽油机的共性 ,建立相应的数学模型和动特性仿真子程序。在此基础上 ,采用二次平衡原理对游梁式抽油机的动平衡系统进行了优化平衡 ,其优化程序与仿真程序组合 ,程序采用Ac tiveX自动化技术控制Excel出图。采用该方法可有效地提高解法的通用性 。
By means of the linkage theory, the relevant mathematical model and simulation method are presented for the dynamic characteristic of the beam pumping units in light of their common characteristics. Using ActiveX automation in VB to control Excel for the curves, this method can effectively improve the generality of solution, therefore, the time for programming can be reduced remarkably.
