对油气分离器液面及压力控制的分析及改进

Analysis and advice for separator's pressure and liquid level control

介绍了传统分离器的液面控制方法 ,对传统分离器液面控制方法中存在的问题进行了分析 ,提出了采用变压力液面控制方法的建议。该方法在分离器压力变化的情况下 ,控制天然气的流量 ,完成对分离器液位的调节 。

This paper introduces the traditional methods of liquid level control of separators in oil field. And the shortcomings of the traditional liquid level controlling methods are analyzed. A new method of pressure variable liquid level control is given. Using this method, the liquid level in separator is controlled only by a gas throttle valve. The pressure in the separator is not controlled.
