IC5-M16/T815型修井机的技术改造

Technical reconstruction of model IC5-M16/T815 workover rig

针对IC5 M16 /T815型修井机存在的提升能力低、传动效率低、故障频繁、散热器漏油严重、油料浪费大等问题。提出一套技术改造方案 ,采用国产YJ40 9型液力变矩器来更换原液力变矩器 ;采用国产SRE型散热器来更换原散热器 ;对原传动系统进行改造 ;增设液力动力钳 ;增设抽汲作业功能并加装抽汲作业的指深、指重显示及报警装置。现场使用证明 ,恢复原车技术性能 ;提升能力增大 ;提升速度快 ;操作安全可靠 ;劳动强度低 ;增加抽汲功能 ;实现一机多用。实践证明 。

To improve the performance of model IC5 M16/T815 workover rig,homemade model YJ409 torgue converter and SRE radiator are used to replace the original ones.Functions such as power clamping,drawing,depth and weight indicating and alarming are added.The results show that the performance is greatly improved with enhanced capacity,safety and more functions.
