针对空心分层配水管柱工作寿命短 ,作业换封频繁的现象 ,通过对原分层注水管柱结构及井下工作状况的分析 ,对分层注水管柱的结构及配套工具进行了改进 ,经改进设计后的锚定支撑式分层注水管柱在现场实践中证明密封性能好、使用寿命明显提高 。

According to the phenomena that the life of separated zone water injection string is short and the packers are often replaced,the string structure of separated zone water injection and its matched tools are improved on analyzing its structure and its working conditions in wells. The improved separated zone water injection string is anchored and sustained by hydraulic anchor and hydraulic slips. The field application proved that its sealing ability is good and its life is much longer than before. So it will bring much more economic and social benefit.
