简单介绍惯性矩理论 ,提出惯性比概念 ;讨论用最小包络矩形和惯性比来唯一标识一个几何图形的可能性 。
This paper introduces a theory of moment simply and brings forward a new concept-ratio of inertial moment . It discusses how to use ratio of inertial moment and minimum enclosed rectangle to express a geometry and its probability.
