摘要
通过进行少量有限元计算,验证了文献[2]中对只存在角变形的球罐有限元分析的结果的正确性;利用此结果,对文献[1]中介绍的几种计算公式进行了比较和分析,提出了用1/(Rt^(1/2))作为变量来表达的应力集中计算式;通过与有限元计算结果比较,证明在各种情况下用1/(Rt^(1/2))作为变量的计算式比其它计算式都有较好的综合性能,适合于各种尺寸的球罐使用。
Through a few FEM calculations,the FEM results for pressure vessels with angular deformations shown in Literature 2 are proved. Several calculating formulas introduced in Literature 1 are compared and analyzed based on the FEM results, and a new formula using 1/Rt@(1/2) as the variable for stress concentration is put forward, which is proved to be better than other formulas and suitable for spherical tanks of different sizes.
