摘要 为了废弃物资源化利用 ,建立了废塑料催化裂解的实验室装置 ,探讨了影响塑料催化裂解制汽油的因素 ,如温度、压力、催化剂、原料等。在优化条件下获得了 80 % - 90 %的分解燃料油 ,其中汽油含量达 50 % - 70 %。对烃类高聚物塑料的催化裂解机理进行了初步探讨 。 A set of laboratory apparatus was established for producing fuel oil from waste plastics. The influence of various reaction factors are investigated, such as temperature, pressure, amount and sort of catalysts. On the laboratory condition, the yield of liquid product which contians about 50~70% gasoline and 20%~30% diesel oil. The economic balance of this process was estimated when amplifying in industrial scale. It shows that higher profit can be attained and waste plastics can be utilized. The catalytic cracking mechanism was also discussed.
