本文介绍了用ABB公司生产的ACS - 40 0型变频器和日本三菱公司生产的F1 - 30型小型PLC所设计的无塔恒压供水系统 ,其中包括方案的确定、硬件设计及软件设计等。此系统可合理解决三台泵在供水高、低峰时泵的切换及压力的稳定 ,可确保管网平稳压力波动 <2 % ,泵切换时压力波动1 0 %
The article introduces a no tower constant pressure supply water system. It is composed of ACS-400-type converter produced by ABB company and F1-30-type small PLC produced by Mitsubishi company in Japan. The article tells us about drawing a plan, hardware designing, software designing, and so on. The system can ensure the pump's exchanging reliable and hydraulic pressure steady.
