摘要
考察了不同质量浓度的NaOH溶液对高岭石和蒙脱石的成垢影响 ,分析了两种矿物经NaOH溶液浸泡前后的X衍射图谱 ,并测试了碱溶液与两种矿物作用时 ,液相中Si4+ ,Al3+ 的质量分数随时间的变化 .结果表明 ,只有在NaOH质量浓度为 12 .0 0g L ,反应时间超过 13d时 ,在高岭石矿物中 ,才有含Si ,Al元素的无定型新垢生成 ;蒙脱石矿物在各种质量浓度的碱溶液中都生成有序钙长石垢 ,其分子式是 :Ca(Al2 Si4O1 2 ) .
The paper investigates kaolin and montmorillonite for scale buildup over a suitable range of concentration of sodium hydroxide. Before and after two mineral react with NaOH X\|ray diffraction spectrum were taken and analyzed, and change of the mass fraction of Si 4+ and Al 3+ in liquid phase by time were also tested. It turns out that noncrystalline scale containing silicon and aluminium was formed, only at concentration of sodium hydroxide being 12.00 g/L and reaction time being over 13 d. Mineral containing montmorillonite formed order calcium feldspar scale whose molecular formula is Ca(Al 2Si 4O 12 ).
