摘要
依据压力容器的断裂与疲劳理论 ,确定了残余应力消失后管式反应器断裂疲劳分析的相关定义 ,完成了无残余应力管式反应器的断裂分析和疲劳分析 ,给出了管式反应器断裂允许状态和疲劳允许状态算例 .结果表明 :即便残余应力已衰弱为零并出现宏观裂纹 。
The fracture and fatigue definition of pipe reactor, after the residual stress vanished, is determined by using fracture and fatigue theory for pressure vessel. The fracture and fatigue condition of the non\|residual stress pipe reactor is analyzed, and the calculating examples of the pipe reactor that under the enabled fracture and fatigue state are provided. The calculated result is that the pipe reactor has crack extended life although the residual stress has weakened to zero and macroscopic cracking has been produced.
