八十年来，我们党在不同历史时期制定了三条正确的总路线，始终代表着中国先进社会生产力的发展要求；坚持把马克思列宁主义同中国革命和建设的实际相结合，产生了毛泽东思想和邓小平理论两大理论成果，始终代表着中国先进文化的前进方向；三代中央领导集体坚持为人民服务的宗旨不变，始终代表着中国最广大人民的根本利益。“三个代表”的重要思想，是对我们党八十年奋斗历史的基本经验的科学总结。
