On the Innovation “Four Ws” of Ideological and Political Work in Enterprises

企业思想政治工作创新是一种开拓性的工作，关系到企业思想政治工作的兴衰。因此，企业思想政治工作者必须站在适应社会主义市场经济需要和建立现代企业制度的高度，审视企业思想政治工作的演进规律，把握时代发展对企业思想政治工作的要求，推进企业思想政治工作f创新。为此，就必须解决创新是什么、为什么要创新、从哪里创新、谁来创新等一系列问题。

The innovation of the ideological and political work in enterprises concerns its own ups and downs. Therefore, when ideological and political workers look closely at the law and try to hold the need of the age to it, they must think about the demand of socialist marketing economy and the establishment of modern enterprise system so as to carry forward the innovation of ideological and political work. For doing so, we have to solve a series of problems such as what innovation is, why innovation is needed, where innovation can start and who should do the innovation.
