前苏联传统经济模式实行高度集中的计划体制，存在着阻碍经济发展的诸多弊端，借鉴其历史教训，我国必须实行经济体制改革，特别是进行国有企业改制和公有制实现形式的改革，以增强我国经济实力。

In the traditional economic pattern. Soviet Union institutes a highly-centralized planning system which possesses many drawbacks hindering the development of economy. Drawing lessons from their history, we should carry out the reform of economic system in our country, especially in our state enterprises and in the existing form of public ownership so as to enhance our economic strength.
