在日益激烈的市场竞争中,中小企业的持续发展必须根据市场需求,在认真分析行业结构和企业资源能力的基础上,扬长避短,努力建立和发挥适合自身特点和长期发展的比较优势、机制优势、特色优势、资源优势及后发优势。
In the increasing market competition, those small enterprises have to analyse the industrial structure and the resources of the enterprises, which should be done based on the morket needs, for their continuing development. Furthermore, they should also try to give a full play to their comparative advan- tage, systematic advantage, characteristic advantage and resoure advantage.
