Study of the Fault Diagnosis of Mixed-Signal Circuit with DES Theory

先简单介绍研制中的基于VXI总线电路故障诊断系统的硬件和软件结构,针对待测电路属于数模混合类型,再详细探讨采用离散事件系统法建立最小测试集和编写诊断程序的过程。

In this paper the structures of firmware and software, which built a developing fault diagnosis system based on VXI bus for circuits, are introduced first. Because the circuits under test are mixed-signal type, then the paper discusses how to build the minimum test set and program for diagnosis by a method, namely Discrete Event Systems theory, in detail.
