In this paper is introduced the principle for expanding the memory system of NT6578 single chip microcomputer from 64KB to 24MB,with concrete ways for its implementation given in detail.Two bank swiching processes are adopted,namely,the Program Bank and the Direct Memory Access(DMA)Bank.Also presented are the corresponding General Assay Logic(GAL)circuits and programs for implementaion.
