静脉与局部使用尿激酶治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞疗效观察

对 2 0例视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者分别在静脉和局部使用尿激酶 ,静脉组 :(4～ 8)× 1 0 4 u尿激酶静脉点滴 ,每日一次 ;局部组 :5 0 0 0 u尿激酶球后或球旁注射 ,每日或隔日一次 .结果表明

Urokinase therapy was tested on 20 cases with obstruction of the central vein in retina in two groups different in administration.A dosage of 40,000 to 80,000 u of urokinase was given to the intravenous administration group by intravenous drip once daily,whereas a dosage of 5,000 u of urokinase was given to the local administration group by retrobulbar or juxtabulbar injection once a day or on alternate days.It has been found that both the therapeutic efficacy and therapeutic time for the intravenous administration group are superior to those for the local administration group.
