摘要
在脱硫醇反应中采用微波分散MgO的方法制备固体碱以替代传统工艺中的液体碱 .通过甲醇助剂的使用可以明显地提高催化剂的活性和寿命 .研究表明 ,催化剂性能的提高和甲醇改善催化剂表面的浸润状况 。
A series of solid base derived from porous materials supporting magnesia has been prepared by use of microwave irradiation. After supporting sulfonated cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPcS), the resulting catalysts could be used in the mercaptan oxidation reaction. By introducing additives of methanol and detergent as we invented, the catalysts display a very good activity and stability in the reaction. The promotion mechanism has been identified in this paper: methanol could extract the mercaptan from the organic phase into the aqueous phase, and it could improve the soluble ability of CoPcS in water , which increase the activity of the catalysts.
