摘要
制备了一系列以磁铅石型复合氧化物AAl12 O19(A =Ca ,Sr,Ba ,La)为载体的NiO催化剂 ,并用XRD和TPR对其结构和性能进行了表征 .结果表明 ,金属镍在催化剂表面的分散度及与载体的相互作用以Ca,Sr,La,Ba顺序增加 ,与二氧化碳重整甲烷制合成气反应活性一致 .由此推测 ,影响负载型的镍催化剂的反应活性 。
a series of supported nickel on hexxaaluminates AAl 12O 19(A=Ca,Sr,Ba,La) were prepared, and their chemical and physical properties were investigated by means of XRD and TPR techniques. The results showed that the dispersion of nickel particle and the interaction between nickel particle and support increased in order of Ca,Sr,La,Ba, in agree with the catalytic activities for the reaction of CO 2 reforming of methane to synthesis gas. It is concluded that the nickel particle's dispersion on the support is the main reason for catalytic activities and stability on the supported metal catalysts.
