摘要
以 10种有机物配制成低浓度水溶液模拟受有机物污染的水源水对分析方法进行研究 ,建立了XAD - 2树脂富集、二氯甲烷洗脱、K -D浓缩器浓缩与高灵敏度GC -MS联用仪检测的方法。在此基础上对湘江湘潭段水源水中的有机污染物进行了系统分析 ,共检出 83种有机物并对其中 45种进行了鉴定 .
A method for analyzing and detecting organic pollutants in surface water supply source was studied . The standard sample containing 10 different kinds of organic constituents was prepared by XAD-2 resin in column, then was eluted by dichloromethane and was concentrated with K-D concentrator. At last ,it was analyzed by gas chromatography(GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)system respectively.On this basis, we have detected 83 different kinds of organic pollutants and identified 45 kinds of them in water supply source of Xiangjiang river flowing Xiangtan city.
