摘要 对炼油厂废水处理污泥进行了催化热解产油实验 ,考察了温度 (170~ 30 0℃ )和反应时间 (0~ 90min)对产油率的影响 .温度越高 ,产油率越高 ,在 30 0℃时 ,产油率达 5 4.6 % ;经 6 0min反应接近平衡 .讨论了系统质量与能量平衡 . The catalytic pyrolysis of wastewater treatment sludge from a oil refinery was studied. The study aims at conversion sludge to fuel oil. Experimental temperature ranged from 170 to 300 ℃ and Na 2 CO 3 was used as catalyst. Sludge oil was extracted by CH 2 Cl 2 . The results show that the higher the reaction temperature, the more the oil yield. At temperature of 250 ℃, the pyrolysis process approaches its equlibrium after 60 min. Under 300 ℃, the oil yield reached 54.6%. By energy balance analysis the optimum temperature 270 ℃ was obtained. And at the temperature, when the sludge moisture content is below 40%, the process was energy sustainable.
