摘要
依据现代三级跳远技术助跑速度快、起跳有力、跃进速度快、动作幅度大、腾空高度适宜、三跳比例合理等基本特点与趋势 ,探讨了三级跳远专项身体素质训练的特异性、主变性和相似性三条方法论原则 ,并以此为切入点提出了专项身体素质训练的手段 .
This article investigates the three methodological principles of special item’s body gunality training of 3-step broad jump: speciality,changeability,similarity,and puts forth its relevant measures,accoqrding to the technical features and trend of modern 3-step broad jump such as, the high speed of running, the powerful running jump, the good pace of bound, the big fluctuation of action, the fit height of leap and the rational proportion of three jumps, etc.
