On environment problem in our country

对我国环境状况应有充分的认识，只有转变观念，改变人类的生存观和发展观，建立起符合人与自然和平共处、协调发展的新观念。采取有效措施，即坚持“三同步”和“三同时”制度，完善环境立法，加强执法力度，提高环境保护的科技水平，增加环境保护的资金投入，才能改善我国环境状态，实现经济社会的可持续发展。

This paper presents that only by taking effective measures can we improve the environment situation in our country so as to achieve the sustainable development of the economic society. First,we should have a full understanding of the environmental situation in our country. The outlook about human existente and development should be changed. Second, A new concept of peaceful co－ existence between man and nature should be strengthened. We need to take effective measures to perfect environmental legislation and strengthen the enforcement of the law. Third,We should also raise the scientific and technological standard of environmental protection, into which more money should be put.
