目前由于利用世行贷款，我校的仪器设备有了很大的改善。本文叙述了如何加强仪器设备的管理，充分发挥仪器设备在教学、科研和其它领域的作用，提高使用效率。

At present, the instruments of our school have been improved quickly dlue to the World Bank Loan. What this article deals with is as follows: how to strengthen the management of the instruments and bring them into full play in teaching, scientific research and other fields so that the rate of utilization can be raised.
