为解决虚拟企业运营中的关键问题之一——信息处理 ,根据虚拟企业中信息处理的需求和特征 ,将虚拟企业运营中的信息分为 3类 ,即控制信息、状态信息及应用信息。选择了工作流技术作为基本的处理技术 ,讨论了如何以工作流为核心处理不同种类的信息。在此基础上 ,分析了现有工作流产品的不足 。

Business flow information in a virtual enterprise was organized by dividing it into three types, control information, status information, and application information. The workflow management system was selected as the basic technology support for the information management in the virtual enterprise to process these three kinds of information. The unpredictability of business processes means that fixed workflow management systems cannot meet the needs of numerous enterprises, so future workflow products must be dynamic, adaptive, extendable, and interoperable.
