激光多相溅射合成法——合成宏量团簇物质的新方法

摘要 寻找合成宏量原子团簇的新方法 .以脉冲激光溅射多相反应体系 ,变换固体靶和气相、液相反应物的不同组成 ,合成得到不同产物 .合成得到了全氯化多环芳烃和硅倍半氧烷 .结果表明将激光溅射这一物理手段与化学合成的反应条件相结合 ,可以产生多种不同种类的原子团簇 。 Objective:Searching for n ew method of synthesizing macroscopic quantiti es compounds of cluster.Method:By laser ablating a multip hase reaction system,va rious products are obtained by plasma reaction.Results:So me sorts of perchlorina ted polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and methylsilsesquixane were synthesized. Co nclusion:The results in this work indicated that laser ablation as a physical me thod was combined with conditions of chemical building-up reactions,and it can be u sed as a kind of macroscopic quantities synthsis means obtaining various cluster s.
