四川栽培小麦幼胚培养再分化能力变异性的研究 被引量:1

STUDY OF VARIABILITY OF DIFFERENTIATION ABILITY OF IMMATURE EMBRYO CALLUS IN SICHUAN WHEAT CULTIVARS

摘要 以N6为基本培养基 ,对四川栽培小麦品种、品系以及农家品种共 45个基因型的幼胚离体培养 ,进行了植株再生能力变异性的研究 .结果表明 ,供试材料间的形态发生能力存在明显变异 ,表现为器官建成速度明显不同 ,芽器官和根器官再生率存在极显著差异 ,分别变异在 15 .0 0~ 95 .45 %和 0 .0 0~ 95 .45 %之间 ,由每个幼胚外植体起源的愈伤组织再生出 1. The variability of differentiation ability of immature embryo callus from 45 common wheat genotypes included the improved breeds that were commercially used, varietal lines and local strains in Sichuan province was investigated. The results showed: (1) Speeds of shoot and root regeneration among the cultivars were obviously different. (2) The χ 2 test indicated that the frequencies of shoot and root regeneration were significantly different among the genotypes, and ranged from 15.00 % to 95.45% and from 0 to 95.45%, respectively. (3) Variance analysis showed that the mean buds, 1.0cm in length at least, as well as the mean lengths of the longest buds regenerated from callus derived from per embryo, varied with genotypes to a significantly greater extent.
