摘要
基于连续挤压成形过程中的摩擦特点 ,分析了该过程的摩擦影响因素 ,建立了连续挤压成形过程的摩擦驱动力学模型 ,推导出摩擦泛函对总体刚度矩阵和载荷列阵的贡献 ,并且对连续挤压成形过程进行了计算机仿真 .得出了有关连续挤压全过程的应力场、应变场和温度场分布 .
As a special technology of metal forming, the continuous extrusion forming process has its frictional specificity that the friction is a driving force and the friction heat and deformation heat can make the deforming body's temperature to up. This paper analyzed the frictional specificity and the fractional factors of the continuous extrusion forming process, built up a frictional force model, deduced the corresponding functional equations.The model was used in the computer simulation of continuous extrusion forming. The modeling results predict the stress, strain and temperature fields, which is identical to the frictional specificity of continuous extrusion forming process.
