With the economic globalization and China's WTO entry, the problems how to exploit and utilize our mineral resources and develop our mining enterprises have emerged. To be confronted with the sever challenge and rare opportunity, how to take advantage of the positive sides and to avoid the negative sides, and how to organize the competitive large-size mining enterprise group have become a big topic. This article tries to explore the strategies of our mineral resources by analyzing the related factors.
