石灰添加量对烟气脱硫效果的影响

摘要 利用锅炉排出的煤渣作脱硫剂基体核粒,加入少量石灰,再加水搅拌均匀,使 石灰裹覆在煤渣颗粒表面,制成具有较大表面积的钙质煤渣脱硫剂,用于烟气脱硫(干法) 。试验结果表明:石灰添加量对钙质煤渣脱硫剂的脱硫效果有较大影响,脱硫率随着石灰添 加量的增加而增高,当添加量达到一定值后脱硫率随其增加反而下降;石灰添加量约为 10 %~ 20%时,钙质煤渣脱硫剂的脱硫效果达到较佳,脱硫率达到 85. 5%~ 94. 6%。 A desulfurizing age nt made of calcareous coal slag and having large surface area is produced by uti lizing coal slag discharged from boilers as the basic core of desulfurizing agen t, adding a small amount of lime into it, putting in water and uniformly mixing it, and making it covering over coal slag particles, and this agent can be used for fuel gas desulfurization by dry process. Test results show that the adding a mount of lime has greater influence on the desulfurization effect of calcareous coal slag desulfurizing agent, and the desulfurized rate raises with the increas e of the adding amount of lime. However, after the adding amount of lime reaches a certain value, the desulfurized rate drops with the increase of the adding am ount of lime, and when the adding amount is about 10%~ 20% , the calcareous c oal slag desulfurizing agent has the best desulfurized result, the desulfurized rate reaches 85.5% ~ 94.6% .
