The coming of the era of knowledge economy has created a broad prospect for the application of our country′s financial management. With regard to the present financial management of the enterprises in our country and by the way of using the experience of other country for reference,this thesis probes into the characteristic and developing trend of the current situation of the financial management in the era of knowledge economy.
