液相法制备纳米氧化锌的研究(Ⅰ) 被引量:11

摘要 以ZnSO4 ·7H2 O和 (NH4 ) 2 CO3 为原料 ,添加表面活性剂 ,在室温下、水溶液中沉淀出碳酸锌胶状沉淀 ,经洗涤干燥后在 2 0 0℃热分解 ,得到纳米氧化锌粉末 ,经XRD和TEM检测 ,粒径为 5 By using ZnSO 4·7H 2O and (NH 4) 2CO 3 as materials, Zinc carbonate colloid was obtained in water at room temperature with presence of surface active reagent, then Nanocrystalline ZnO was produced by decomposed after washing and desiccated. Nanosized Zinc Oxide was characterized by X ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).XRD and TEM show that ZnO crystalline is spherical particle with hexagonal structure, the average diameter size is 5.7 nm.
