报道了黄姜中黄色素的初步提取、提纯方法 ,以及光、热、金属离子、pH值对黄姜色素的影响 .发现该色素在紫外区有强吸收峰 ,对自然光及热稳定性好 ,适合于中性环境 ,Fe3+,Cu2 +,Hg2
This paper mainly studied the way of extraction and purifying the yellow pigment in Dioscorea zingiberensis ,and the effects of light,heat,metal ions and pH value to Dioscorea zingiberensis pigment.The experimental results showed it has stronger absorption peaks in the ultraviolet range.The Dioscorea zingiberensis pigment possesses higher stability of light and heat.Yellowness of Dioscorea zingiberensis pigment was increased in the presence of Fe 3+ ,Cu 2+ ,Hg 2+ ions.
