摘要
报道了莼菜冬芽叶中过氧化物酶 (POD)活性及同工酶酶谱随Cr6+处理浓度及时间不同而发生的变化 .Cr6 +处理后 ,过氧化物酶同工酶谱多出 2条酶带 ,酶带的出现及多少与Cr6 +的浓度没有明显的相关性 ;
Effects of Cr 6+ on the POD of leaves of Brasenia schreberi Gmel. winter buds were studied. The leaves of winter buds were treated with solutions containing various concentration of Cr 6+ . The results indicated that both the activity and the isoenzyme spectrum of POD changed with treatment of various concentration and time. After the treatment of Cr 6+ , there appeared 2 new isoenzyme spectrums of POD. We also found that there is no direct relationship between the appearance of isoenzyme spectrums and the treating concentrations of Cr 6+ . At the same time, the total activity of POD first increased to a apex and then declined.
