摘要
:通过CsCl-EB(溴化乙锭 )密度梯度离心 ,从降解除草剂阿特拉津的假单胞菌AD1菌株中分离并纯化出质粒pATZ - 1 .该质粒经EcoRI消化产生 1 4个限制片段 ,以λDNA的HindⅢ片段为分子大小的标准 ,用作图法测出上述 1 4个片段的大小之和即pATZ - 1的分子大小为 1 2 5kb .
The plasmid pATZ-1 is isolated and purified from Pseudomonas sp. strain AD1 that degrades herbicide atrazine by CsCl-EB density gradient centrifugation. pATZ-1 is digested by Eco RI and produced 14 restraction fragments. The sum total of the sizes of 14 restriction fragments, i.e. the molecular size of pATZ-1, is 125 kb.
