It has great real significance to implement capital management strategy for promoting the running and reconstructing of state-owned preperty,seeking for effective realization form,achieving new breakthrough of economic structure reform.Nevertheless,the types of capital management strategy must be selected and the pre-conditions for implementing capital operation must be analyzed before we can solve the fundamental problems.
