摘要
以桑塔纳轿车主要部件———前悬架焊接总成的生产和管理为背景 ,开发了用于焊接生产和质量管理的数据库 .利用统计过程控制和知识推理方法 ,对该焊接产品的质量进行了有效的分析与监控 ,成为实现焊接生产过程“零缺陷”质量管理目标的一个重要手段 .
On the basis of the quality management in the front suspension welding production of Shanghai Santana automobile, a database with the functions of statistical process control (SPC),quality analysis and knowledge logic bank are developed for purpose of “zero defects' aim in manufacturing.
