摘要
资产证券化是近三十年来世界金融领域最重要的金融创新工具之一。推行资产证券化是我国商业银行改革的必然选择。我国开展资产证券化过程中存在两个瓶颈 ,一是制度障碍 ,二是风险障碍。我国应加快法律法规建设 ,并加强金融领域的风险监督。
Securitization is one of the most important financial instruments in the field of world finance in the past thirty years.It is a necessary choice for the state-owned commercial bank's reforms in our country to put securitization into effect.There are two bottle-necks during the process of securitization in the near future.One is institution obstacle,and the other is risk obstacle.Our country should fasten construction of laws and regulations,and intensity risk supervision in the field of finance.
