摘要
研究了酶法改变在人参中含量较高的皂甙、如Rb、Rc和Rd等原人参二醇类皂甙所生成的皂甙。经质谱和核磁共振测定分析研究 ,酶解得到的产物是 2 0 (S) 人参皂甙Rh2 [2 0 (S) 原人参二醇 3 O β D 葡萄吡喃糖甙 ],即其系统名称是 3 O (β D 葡萄吡喃糖基 ) 达玛 2 4 烯 3β ,12 β ,2 0 (S) 三醇 [3 O (β D glucopyranosyl) dammar 2 4
In this paper, the ginsenoside prepared from saponin β glucosidase hydrolysis of protopanaxdiol type gisenoside sugar moiety was studied. The ginsenoside prepared from enzyme treatment and other reaction was a 20(S) ginsenoside Rh 2, [20(S) protopanaxdiol 3 O β D glucopyranoside], i.e. 3 O (β D glucopyranosyl) dammar 24 en 3β, 12β, 20(S) triol after analyzing with the ABM mass spectrum, and 1H NMR and 13 C NMR spectra. The final yield of ginsenoside Rh 2 was 0.5 % of ginseng and the yield was 500 times over that from red ginseng.
