共轭亚油酸 (CLA)是亚油酸的同分异构体的混合物，主要来源于牛乳、乳制品及反刍动物食品的天然营养成分。本文就 CLA的抑癌和降血脂等多种生理功能及其作用机理，阐述了 CLA作为一种新型营养物质的潜力。
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a collective term to describe one or more positional and geometric isomers of linoleic acid.CLA shows a remarkable anticancer effect and offers other nutritional benefits.This paper discusses CLA's multiple physiological multifunctionality and its pathogenesis.
