根据细特纤维的性能设计了刺辊、锡林、道夫的专用针布齿条 ,并进行了纺纱工艺试验 ;结果表明 ,(WFM )AC2 817锡林针布和 (WFM )AD4 52 7道夫针布较适合 0 .55dtex纤维的梳理 ,(WFM)AC2 52 0锡林针布和 (WFM)AD4 530道夫针布较适合 0 .
Special clothings are introduced for taker in,cylinder and doffer based on low dtex fibres.Conclusion is made through test that cylinder clothing WFM AC2817 and doffer clothing WFM AD4527 are applicable for carding of fibres 0.55 dtex;and cylinder clothing WFM AC2520 and doffer clothing WFM A D4530 are both applicable for fibres 0.88 dtex.
