摘要
本文借助NHPP模型对Nelson 模型进行了改进,得出了输入数据域上导致失效的各种因素的信息,对软件可靠性给出了更加精确的度量标准。
We have improved the Nelson's model with the help of model NHPP.The various factors that lead to failures in the input data domain and the moreprecise measurement standards are obtained in this paper.
