交互式化学分子结构图形软件系统

SOFTWARE SYSTEM ABOUT INTERACTIVE CHEMICAL MOLECULAR STRUCTURE GRAPHICS (MSG)

本文介绍了Molecular Structure Graphics(MSG)的设计思想,所用技术及其主要功能。该系统有化学分子结构图形的屏幕绘制、编辑功能;建立图形数据库、检索修改及删除等功能。该系统用功能键输入图段,用国际非专有名(INN)、CA 登录号或化合物分子式进行检索,使用方便。图形数据结构采用三层树型结构和存贮图的向量坐标,从而节省了存储空间。使用本软件已建立了国产原料药化学分子结构库和世界卫生组织登记的所有药物的化学分子结构库,并且已与中国医药产品信息库及国际非专有名的英汉词汇库钩连,具有多种检索功能,可为新药筛选与新化合物设计提供启发和帮助。

The paper describes the design idea,used technique,and main functionsof this software system:The system has(1)screen drawing(inputing segment by keypad);(2)creatinggraphics database;(3)retrieving diagrams,deleting diagrams and updatingdiagrams.The system can search for digrams with international norproprietary name(INN),with CA registry number,with chinese name,with stem of the INN andwith molecular formulae.It uses interactive control modular block,three-type file structure and the co-ordinate of stored graphics.
