摘要
在啤酒生产过程中 ,有关微生物对啤酒质量的影响已有过许多报道 ,但对大麦、麦芽中微生物影响啤酒质量的讨论较少 ,实际上它是贯穿着啤酒生产始终 ,并最终影响啤酒的质量 ,所以检测大麦。
There are many reports on microorganisms affection on the quality of beer during the production,but less discussion about the barley and malt.In fact the microorganisms not only affect the whole process but also the quality of final products,so the detection methods on microorganisms in the barley and malt should be caugh attention.
