DATA MANAGEMENT AND CODING ON-LINE

非数值型数据是数据处理的重要对象。对于日益普及的事务管理型软件来说,更是核心内容。为了保证非值数据在输入过程中少出差错,为了有效而简便地确保不同部门的使用者在长时期运用中输入数据都遵循统一的规范,同时又能在必要时灵活地改变规范本身,为了使用户在屏幕上可以直观地看输入数据的中文内容,同时又不必掌握任何汉字编码方案,笔者建议采用一种联机编码方法。

Nonnumeric items are important for data processing,and even ofdecisive significance in computer systems of business which are spreading out moreand more.A method is suggested by the author of this article.With this methodmistakes which appear in the input of data could be reduced,and the inputted datamust be normalized during a long time as so as the coding on-line system is inoperation,at same time the normalization self could be simplly changed if it isneccessary,moreover,users can directly see the chinese content of data while onesmay not know any chinese coding way at all.
