叙述了以小麦胚芽和花生为原料制作麦胚花生乳复合饮料的方法。通过实验确定了该饮料的最佳工艺条件 。
The article introduces the method of making the keep fit drink compounded with wheat germ milk and peanut milk,determines the optimum technological conditions of the drink through experiments,and carries out more detailed research of the factors which affect the stability of the product.
