摘要
采用微波消化法处理样品 ,使用火焰原子吸收法测定竹叶青酒中的铅、锰。方法快速准确 ,相对标准偏差为 0 53%~ 1 30 % ,回收率为 93 3%~ 10 6 7% ,检出限分别为 0 0 11和 0 0 10 μg/mL。与国标方法相比无显著性差异。
This paper describes a method for determination of Pb and Mn in chu ye qing liqueur by microwave digestion flame atomic absorption spectrometry The mothed is rapid and accurate The relative standard deviation is 0 53%~1 30%,the recovery is 93 3%~106 7%,and the detection limit are 0 011 and 0 010μg/mL respectively Its results showed no significant difference with the results obtained by the standard method
