Equipment Selection for the Modern Brewery

随着中国啤酒工业的迅猛发展 ,许多啤酒厂在进行扩建、增产 ,以及新建大型啤酒厂 ,这都与啤酒生产设备有关。所以设备的选择十分重要。文章从工艺要求及方便生产管理出发 。

As the development of Chinese brewing industry, many breweries are exposing and even some large new breweries are building now. All of them are concerned with the brewing equipment. So the selection of the equipment is very important in these projects. This paper mainly explains how to select the equipment and gives some detail suggestion about the first grade equipment combination of the brewery.
